A space for clarity, confidence and connection
You may have spent a long time feeling different. Perhaps things feel more intense, more overwhelming, or harder to manage than they seem to for others.
You might find yourself overthinking, masking, or feeling exhausted from trying to keep up. Or you may be beginning to wonder whether you might be neurodivergent.
Whatever has brought you here, this is a space where you don’t have to push yourself to fit. Instead, we take time to understand your
experience — at your pace, in your own way.

Neurodiversity recognises that all minds work differently.
Experiences such as ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivity are
not things to be “fixed”, but ways of thinking and feeling that can shape how you move through the world.
At the same time, living in environments that don’t always
meet your needs can feel tiring and, at times, overwhelming.
You might notice:
In therapy, we make space to explore these experiences with
curiosity and care.

We begin by gently exploring your experience.
This might include noticing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and energy, and making sense of how these have developed over time.
For many people, this brings a sense of recognition — a feeling that things begin to make more sense.

Together, we pay attention to your nervous system and how it responds to the world around you.
We explore what helps you feel more settled and what may lead to overwhelm or shutdown.
This is not about following set techniques, but about discovering what feels supportive and manageable for you.

Many people carry self-criticism or doubt shaped by earlier experiences.
Therapy offers space to gently explore these patterns, and to begin relating to yourself with more understanding and compassion.

As clarity grows, you may begin to notice small shifts.
This might include feeling more able to pause, to express your needs, or to respond differently in situations that once felt difficult.
There is no pressure to change — we move at a pace that feels right for you.
You might be experiencing some of the following, or something that’s harder to put into words. Counselling offers a space to explore whatever feels present for you.
Procrastination

Busy mind
Anxiety
Burnout

You don’t need a diagnosis to begin.
You may be exploring whether neurodivergence fits your
experience, or simply looking for a space to understand yourself more fully.
Both are welcome here.
I offer:
We usually begin with a free 20-minute introductory call to
see if this feels like the right fit.
I offer an integrative, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
This includes psychodynamic therapy, transactional analysis,
and CBT-informed approaches where helpful, alongside an awareness of the nervous system and the impact of past experiences.
The therapeutic relationship is central — a space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.
Counselling sessions for individuals last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis or fortnightly basis, and cost £60 per session. I also provide a limited number of spaces for those on low-income or for students; contact me to enquire about availability. Initial assessment appointments last around 75 minutes.
Note that if you want to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours’ notice; otherwise you will still need to pay for any sessions missed. I accept payment in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer.

Alongside my counselling work, I also offer neurodiversity-informed coaching and training through Triskele Coaching & Training.
This is separate from therapy and focuses more on practical,
forward-looking support — particularly in workplace or professional contexts.
If you feel you’re looking for something more structured or
goal-focused, please feel free to contact me for further information.
