At different times in my own life, I’ve reached out for counselling and those experiences made a real difference. They helped me understand myself more deeply and find steadier ground. Now, as a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, it’s a privilege to offer that same opportunity to others.
I am an integrative counsellor offering therapy in Bedfordshire, with sessions available in Wrest Park near Silsoe as well as online across the UK. I work with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties and life transitions, offering a reflective and supportive space to explore what is happening beneath the surface.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with a counselling approach that is grounded in empathy, ethics and evidence-based practice. I hold an Enhanced DBS check and full professional insurance.
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what’s troubling you — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties or a sense of feeling stuck.
Together we gently look beneath the surface, exploring the experiences, patterns and beliefs that may be shaping how you feel and respond to life today.
As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I work with people who may recognise traits of ADHD, autism or other forms of neurodivergence in themselves or someone close to them. Therapy can offer space to understand these experiences with greater compassion and clarity, rather than judgement.
Counselling isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about developing understanding and self-acceptance, and finding ways to move forward that feel authentic, sustainable and aligned with who you want to be.
From this place of understanding, many people begin to rediscover clarity, confidence and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and others.

Even when surrounded by people, life can sometimes feel lonely, overwhelming or difficult to navigate.
You may recognise some of these experiences:
Experiences like these can affect confidence, relationships and our sense of connection with ourselves and others.
Whatever you’re facing — big or small — you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a space to pause, reflect and feel understood.

My aim is to provide a supportive therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard and able to explore what matters most to you.
Counselling is a collaborative process. Every session is centred around you — your story, your pace, and what feels most important in your life right now.
As an integrative and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I tailor my approach to your individual needs. I may draw on:
Together we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself and more able to navigate life with clarity and confidence.

Therapy can help you make sense of past experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and rebuild a sense of trust in yourself.
Over time, many people begin to recognise their needs more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and make choices that feel more aligned with their values and wellbeing.
As understanding grows, it often becomes easier to respond to life’s challenges with greater steadiness and self-compassion.
Through reflection, curiosity and compassion, change becomes possible. Gradually, the patterns that once felt overwhelming can begin to loosen, creating space for greater clarity, confidence and connection with yourself and others.
My counselling room is based at Endeavour House in Wrest Park, Silsoe (MK45), offering a calm and private space for therapy in Bedfordshire. The practice is easily accessible from Bedford, Ampthill, Flitwick and Luton, and from nearby areas of Hertfordshire. Set within the beautiful parkland of Wrest Park, the counselling room provides a peaceful environment where you can slow down, reflect and focus on what matters most.
I also offer walk-and-talk therapy at Wrest Park, where we can explore thoughts and feelings while walking through the surrounding parkland. Many people find that being in nature helps ease tension and supports clearer thinking.
If travelling to Silsoe is not convenient, I also offer online counselling therapy sessions across the UK. However we meet, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and supported.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to understand what has brought you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or have all the answers. Many people arrive feeling unsure about where to start, and that’s completely okay.
We may talk about what has been happening in your life recently, what you would like support with, and what you hope might change through counselling. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable for you.
Therapy works best when you feel safe and able to be yourself, so the first session is simply the beginning of a conversation.

Individual counselling sessions last 50 minutes (or 45 minutes for under-16s).
Fees are £60 per counselling session, with a limited number of reduced-rate spaces available for student counsellors or those on low incomes.
Sessions are usually weekly (Tuesday to Friday), but we can talk about and adjust the frequency to suit your needs.
Payments can be made securely via link, bank transfer, or cash. You can book directly with me, or I can send a secure link for convenience.
It can feel like a big step reaching out for support, so I offer a free 20-minute discovery call to help you decide if I’m the right counsellor for you.
We can talk about what’s been on your mind, how I work, and what you might need from therapy.
If you’d simply like to ask a few questions first — about counselling, my background, or specific areas of experience — please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
People seek my support for many different reasons, and no two journeys are the same.
Here are some of the more common challenges I can help you navigate through in our work together:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Depression
Relationship difficulties
Trauma and PTSD
Self-esteem and confidence
