At different times in my own life, I’ve reached out for counselling and those experiences made a real difference. They helped me understand myself more deeply and find steadier ground.
Now, as a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, it’s a privilege to offer that same opportunity to others — to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts and emotions and move towards greater self-understanding.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My integrative counselling approach is grounded in empathy, ethics and evidence-based practice. I hold an Enhanced DBS check and full professional insurance.
Therapy with me offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s troubling you — from anxiety and self-doubt to low mood, burnout or relational struggles.
Together, we’ll look at what’s beneath the surface, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you and help you reconnect with a stronger sense of self.
Counselling isn’t about fixing who you are — it’s about understanding yourself with compassion and finding ways to move forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
Even surrounded by people, life can sometimes feel lonely or overwhelming.
You might be:
These experiences can shake confidence and connection. Whatever you’re facing — big or small — you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a space to feel seen, supported and understood.
Counselling is a collaborative process. Every session is centred around you — your story, your pace, and your goals.
As an integrative and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I tailor my approach to suit your needs. I may draw on:
The aim is to help you feel more grounded, connected and in control of your life.
Therapy can help you process the past, strengthen emotional resilience, and build self-belief.
Over time, you may find it easier to recognise your needs, set boundaries, and make choices aligned with your values.
Through understanding and compassion, growth becomes possible — helping you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed toward confidence, clarity and connection with yourself and others.
In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.
Coming to Wrest Park for therapy offers a chance to pause and breathe in a calm, natural environment. My counselling room at Endeavour House, Wrest Park is warm and private — a quiet, welcoming space where you can focus fully on you.
If you prefer movement, walk-and-talk therapy at Wrest Park offers a more fluid, grounding way to explore your thoughts. Being in nature can ease tension, support emotional release, and help clarity emerge.
I also offer online and telephone sessions, providing the same level of care and confidentiality from wherever you feel most comfortable. However we meet, my aim is to help you feel safe, heard and supported in the way that fits best for your life.
Individual counselling sessions last 50 minutes (or 45 minutes for under-16s). Initial assessments take around 60 minutes.
Sessions are usually weekly (Tuesday to Friday), but we can talk about and adjust the frequency to suit your needs.
Fees are £55 per counselling session, with a limited number of reduced-rate spaces available for student counsellors or those on low incomes.
Payments can be made securely via link, bank transfer, or cash. You can book directly with me, or I can send a secure link for convenience.
It can feel like a big step reaching out for support, so I offer a free 20-minute discovery call to help you decide if I’m the right counsellor for you.
We can talk about what’s been on your mind, how I work, and what you might need from therapy.
If you’d simply like to ask a few questions first — about counselling, my background, or specific areas of experience — please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
